This week’s French Fridays with Dorie recipe is now one of my all time favourites!
The smell and taste of this quiche was divine.
It’s been a busy few weeks with birthdays and friends…
Halloween…
What a great week I chose to return though!
We loved this dish!
Looking forward to catching up with the rest of the French Fridays with Dorie group and reading their thoughts on this recipe!

I loved this one too. Definitely one of the best dishes we’ve made so far. Your crust looks so perfect. Your fork prickings remind me of a spider web. Perfect for Halloween. Have a great weekend.

What a terrific looking Mushroom and Shallot Quiche you made and what wonderful pictures of a very busy week – two of my kids celebrated their birthdays too at the end of October and I was grateful for the “easy recipes” for both the FFwD as well as the TwD group!

My Fav, too. And it’s because of the gruyere!! Love your crust design!
